Airtel Digital TV adds Sun Neo on LCN 143

Bharti Airtel owned direct-to-home (DTH) service provider Airtel Digital TV (ADTV) has expanded its channel lineup with the addition of Sun Network’s brand new Hindi GEC Sun Neo on 11th June 2024. After the addition of Star Movies Select SD and Chumbak TV last month, ADTV has further widened its channel count with the latest addition of Sun Neo, a free-to-air GEC, on channel number 143.

Sun Network made its foray into the Hindi television industry with the launch of Sun Neo along with its HD variant Sun Neo HD on 15th April 2024. Both Sun Neo and Sun Neo HD are FTA channels. The channel was launched with a lineup of dubbed serials and original shows are starting from 16th of this month.

After Sun Direct, the network’s very own DTH platform, and DD Free Dish adding the channel, ADTV becomes the third DTH to on board the channel on LCN 143 while other major DTH platforms haven’t added the channel yet. Also, Sun Neo HD is not available on any DTH platform apart from Sun Direct. Hereafter, Airtel Digital TV encompasses a total of 546 SD channels and 94 HD channels totaling to 719 channels including other service channels.
