1200+ Doordarshan ATTs already shutdown by Prasar Bharati. ATTs have become obsolete in view of the emergence of DD Free Dish and new trends in the broadcasting sector.

THey should have leveraged DTT as well, along with DD Free Dish. Its a hit in many countries and could have been an excellent option for India too.
