Yes. They are receiving signals from different satellite channles in C-band and re-tranmit to DTH consumers in Ku-band

I could be related to C band and not KU band like how @Ashok Varma bro has said.

C Band is used by MSO/HITS/DTH for downlinking signals from broadcasters.

But KU Band freq starts from 10xxx Mhz right ??? Where as as per the letter posted you you it says 3700-4200 and C band Freq is closer to that
