Looking at the last few posts of this thread it seems that this will be the last season of the show. Some of Colors' non fiction properties are not as popular as these two.

They lost the rights of Jhalak Dikkhla Jaa and India's Got Talent to Sony. Rising Star was discontinued after 2 seasons. Big Picture which was a quiz show failed because of a wrong choice of host by the channel.

It seems the only hit non fiction property is BB which is still popular inspite of all the controversies.

In the last few years viacom became aggressive in film productions and sports that s why they have cut down on reality shows.

So if Banijay is in argument with Colors, doesn't that affect all other Regional BB versions as everything is under JioStar now ?
KKK might get cancelled, but less chances of BB getting cancelled due to its popularity in all JioStar markets.

According to the latest update, the channels are now in search of a new production house to take the reins. Once that is finalised, the shows are expected to resume production and eventually return to the screen though not in their usual broadcast windows.

Khatron Ke Khiladi 15 has not been scrapped, but merely postponed. Originally slated for a July premiere, the series is now expected to hit screens by late August or in the first week of September.

According to sources close to the production, the cast is likely to depart for the shoot around the second week of June, giving fans just a few more months to wait before the thrills resume.

Leave aside Khatron Ke Khiladi, they may still manage to produce a stunt based show using some other crew, but Bigg Boss/Brother as a franchise belongs to Banijay
