For SD Channels choose piller box mode (side bars). for HD choose 16:9, If you choose screen fit, some times yoy may get lines on the top/bottom.

Thats what I told. In ADTV Hd we can set the aspect ratio for HD as well as SD. I have choosen Piller box for SD, so that no horizontal stretch, and the picture will be of right proportion. But here you will see black bars on the sides.. For HD 16:9 is best
