Today early morning I pushed the DishTV DTH dish which has both Telstar@138e and Laosat@128e set with a Monoblock LNB slightly towards the right while standing behind the dish.
This resulted in appearing of 30/33% low signal on 10730 TP and 10790 TP of Laosat .
Meanwhile signal of 10850 TP rose to more than 65%.

I thought 10730 TP will disappear as the day progresses but it is still stable till now ie 12 pm.

Here are some ss.Sorry for the blurred ss as I dont know how to take clear pictures.

I think signals will start appearing late in the night or early morning.

For 10730 and 10790 TP signals to appear 10850 TP should have atleast 65% signal.

Perhaps on bigger dishes Laosat signal will remain active for a longer time with less fade outs. But only some one who monitors this satellite with a bigger dish can tell.

I am monitoring Laosat.

Signal has just started appearing on 10850 TP in the form of sudden bursts after long pauses.

Will update on the signal soon for benefit of Laosat users in North India.

Now 48% stable signal on 10850 TP which is steadily increasing.

Signal on other 2 TPs will show up when this signal crosses 65% :
