I have Cross Checked with more 18 TS STBs in My Residential Apartments where 12 HD STBs (Different Series) + 4 SD STBs not receiving LCN 2031 & LCN 2032 respectively.
Whereas 1 4K STB & 1 HD PVR STB receiving those 2 LCNs.
Can't understand the Fact as of Now.

Different STB Models (SD, HD, 4K, DVR) have particular Bouquet ID/Names assigned to it, they must have hid these channels for all models except 4K and DVR

Definitely Yes.....this could be the reason. Previously also when TATA|sky Shoppe added on LCN 120 - the same situation took place where 30% Subscribers Received that LCN & Others Left out.

But one thing is Sure that Some Changes regarding Backend Activities are going to happen on TS Uplinking Station in this Coming Week.
