DTH updates 2 TPs modulation changed (DVB-S to/from DVB-S2)

TP 12730 H changed from DVB S to DVB S2. FEC changed from 7/8 to 3/4. SR changed from 32700 to 32000.

TP 11050 V changed from DVB S2 to DVB S. FEC changed from 3/4 to 7/8.
