2222 STB not turning on & Red light flashing

*2222 STB not turning on & Red light flashing in front of the box.
*No display in tv.Blank screen.

When I press the reset button on back following screen appear for 1 minute and goes out after 1-2 minute showing error.

Anybody have any idea on this??

Any OTA update missed????Problem started from 11:15 am today.
 
ALL channels have blank screen ???? What is the status of Home Channel of d2h.

STB cannot be turned on by remote.So no home channel or any channels.Only screen coming is shown above,when pressing reset button on the back of STB.

I think your STB is not able to update.

That's why I asked any OTA update today??

BTW the technician will come soon today.

After that I will post the actions.

I think it's a software problem occurred due to any corrupted software in itself or error occurred on OTA update.

My id was 18.
 
For last month this STB hanging so much and long channel changing time.This one is only 9 months old under warranty.

Two things are possible either your STB is gone or not able to update.
 
Excellent service from d2h :tup

Regd complaint at 11:30 am at cc.

Got call from technician at 1:00 pm

He visited site at 7:30 pm

See we are living in a village.

BTW Technician came with id 18 in pendrive and fixed the corrupted software id 18 in my STB through USB update.

So the problem solved.
