4 Active services channels of D2H scrambled now

DD Active , Darshan Active ,East Active and State Active services r scrambled now ,they were FTA till today
Channel list/Updates from PCI Card scan of D2H TPs

They have added all the active service channel to a single list. Maybe bcoz of that its scrambled.

They made this change after combining all active services(channels in small windows) in to one.

Still they might have given FTA as earlier ..Although combined there r 4 channel slots in TP. they can make it in one slot itself now.. so then new channels might be added..
