5.1 audio not getting in xtreme box

Hi
Pls help
Iam using Sony BDVE2100 5.1 home theater
I connected xtreme box to home theater via Optical cable, but home theater sound is low. also no surround sound. (HD channels, OTT apps)

#(in xtreme box i selected sound menue Manual mode DD,DD+,DTS)

Also tried Bluetooth and via cable from xtreme box to home theater

Do the following first switch off all ( tv,set top box and ht) then switch on first stb then ht when stb boot complete then switch on your tv( around 90 to 100 sec) now you check and reply
