Today we discussed this matter in d2h general discussion thread,
These south channels also removed means only very few South channels available in ses8,

they removing South and adding Pan India+north channels in ses8,

But in ST2 not doing like that atleast no new transponders in d2h,

DishTV worst company they cheating d2h subscribers, (DishTV is a IP company).
