993 pack changed when i recharge 154 for zee telugu 7 months

i was recharged 993 pack telugu dpo 1 pack and get 7 months validity but i want to add zeetelugu pack 7 months addon through sundirect website using my account option and showing recharging amount 157 rupees but on system showing recharge amount 154 and other denaminations but i choose the 154 and do the recharge immediately change my back 993 to 154 ncf pack activated can get back my 993 pack ie. DPO 1 7 Months validity again please show the solutioin
 
Thank you sarva i do the same i was complaint for these and take my complaint issue the SR Number, He informed me wait 24 hour to one weak time for resolve this issue and some times not yet back your offer so i will wait for get back my 993 pack
