no when removed ? it was just scroll running on the channel i think later they did paid the carriage fee.

9x media already struggling as other 9x channels being FTA will require carriage fee and no source of revenue other than advertisements.

edit - Just checked yes its removed i was got confused with 9X Jalwa which paid carriage fee n added back on FTA complimentary package.

9X Jalwa readded to FTA complimentary pack.
