Well, I dont think so it will be used, it has passed its expected life time of 14.5 years... as it was launched in 1999.
Though, sats. can run few more years than planned life time. :ohya

Tata sky users can only be hopeful, that its used for them....
Earlier, Astra 1E had also been relocated to 108e, as a backup to ses7.... may be the same is being done here, and TS users have some hope afterall. :shy
