ABS7 116 e moving 84 e?

heard of a news that abs7 116e moving to 84e ,,,
what all channels are there in this satellite 116e ...?
heard now more possiblity for siginals in south indian region is this true??
anyone please confirm??
any channels running temporary free on 83 tata sky... what is the strong tp of tata sky ??

current TLE data says its moving westwards, currently near 78 east longitude position.

but, whichever position it is going to be relocated, mostly it will be used for data transmission only, like it was used for the past many years at 116e position.

this sat is a very aged satellite and so orbiting only in inclined orbit. that means it is geo-synchronous satellite and not a geo-stationary satellite and hence cannot be used for regular tv channel transmissions. an automated tracking system is needed to continuously keep the dish antenna aligned with a sat in inclined orbit.
(I strongly doubt that this sat has been de-commissioned and is being moved into a parking yard)
