As per reports in Tamil Nadu and Kerala actor Vijay's new political party TVK is going to launch a TV channel soon to propogate their part views.

Already DMK, ADMK and BJP have tamil news channels.

'Vetri TV' is good choice. Vetri means victory, It reflects the party name, synonym of 'Vijay' that showcases a determination, as well as it is the name of the first movie of Vijay.

Bro , actor's full name is Joseph Vijay followed by his father name, He cant use his stage name Vijay as tv channel or news channel name and also Vijay is a common name, as people could confuse the channel name with other actors having similar name example - Vijay Sethupathi , Duniya Vijay etc.

I am against using leader name for TV channel & the same is mentioned in my post. But the major aim of political parties to start a TV channel is to spread their vision, leaders & popularize it. So any name that they choose should indirectly reflect themselves.

I think maybe it will be something like TVK News or TVK Seithigal as its a news channel and not a general entertainment channel.

Also I would think Vijay would use the party name rather than his name for the channel
