add mtv utv stars in dhamaal mix pack

please add utv stars,mtv, mix in dhamaal mix pack. u have only 3 music channels in 220 pack ...

T(S will never add these channels in Dhamal Mix Pack.

But you can get all these in D2h Super Gold base pack @220/pm
