Addition of Malayalam Channels

Why Tata Sky is not adding new regional channels? Last month when I called the customer service, one guy told me that new channels will be added by Mid of May 2013 and on the same day another guy told me that the date is not confirmed yet. They are repeating the same thing for a couple of months. Any confirmation about the addition of malayalam channels?

New Channels Will Be Added only if They get TPs on GSAT-10 But still they not got GSAT-10 TPS.
