What services are available through SMS?
Following are the services you can avail through SMS, for Airtel Digital TV.
To Know Customer ID: Send SMS - VC <VC No.> to 54325.
Top-up addition: To Add a top-up SMS ADD <Top up Name/Channel No> to 54325.
Top-up removal: To remove a top-up SMS REM <Top up Name/Channel No> to 54325.
Book a new connection:[/B] SMS DTH to 54325.
PPV Booking: SMS BOOK <CHANNEL NO with DATE> Ex: For 23rd Sept on PPV Channel No 158 BOOK 15823 send it to 54325 from Registered Mobile No.
For Error Code 4 (Channel not subscribed): If channel is already subscribed on your account please SMS HR to 54325 from your registered mobile number after switching ON your STB for next 20 minutes to view the services instantly, if your STB is OFF now. If you have not subscribed for the channel please SMS ADD <Channel Name> to 54325. SMS charges apply.
For Error Code 6: Please recharge your account to resume your services. If you have sufficient balance please SMS HR to 54325 from your registered mobile number after switching ON your STB for next 20 minutes, to view the services instantly.
Information related to nearest Dealer: Send SMS <DEALER>(space)<PINcode> to 54325.
