This is the latest update received from Airtel DTH.

Tata Sky keeps on increasing each and everything (Refer this yesterday's incident). Where as ADTV is becoming an cost effective option. Isn't @dino29 bro!

First they reduced new connection price & now minimum recharge amount also. Good move by airtel. :clap2:
Now, they should remove box idle maintenance fee also.

Yes @Bapun Bro, airtel has been consistent in taking subscriber friendly steps. Earlier they even had condition of minimum Rs. 150 account balance to add top ups but discontinued it 2 years back. Right now this is an excellent decision, now hopefully late payment fee or idle maintenance fee as they like to call it will be scrapped soon. I can go on and on but then some members accuse me of being biased or find this irritating hence will stop here :)

I do always make it a point to register important feedback regarding various things with senior customer care executive by requesting them to provide reference number after passing on points to concerned team or sometimes even get intouch with senior people at broadcaster or operator end thru mail or social media to put my suggestions across.

Honestly airtel , tata sky and many broadcasters have regularly absorbed my feedback , looked into it closely and worked on them thus resulting in many positive outcomes. Airtel, Star India , Turner have been very proactive, Zee / Sony / Tata Sky have given lukewarm response while mostly Viacom 18 has mostly not reverted back or a template answer. Had no way to reach Disney except official FB Page of Disney India but now can directly have interaction with Star India about points concerning the former
