@Basil bro will the current users packs will automatic be updated or else need to remove the channels and re add it again, also till what date reduced price offer is there.

If there is no auto update of our pack (from high price to low price )then there should be no auto update price(from low price to high price ) when broadcaster withdraw festival offer

Not a balanced view. When broadcasters reduce prices under promotional offers, operators implement it and we r free to opt for it. While at the time when offers r withdrawn then same can't be made available thereafter to us .

Even in earlier cases when broadcasters or operators did permanent changes , there was a window or protection period given to us in which we r free to continue old version or hop on the new one. Subscribers r always given choice but beyond the stipulated time neither offer price nor older pack variants can be provided.

Ultimately operators or broadcasters have responsibility to make subscribers aware about information, they cannot make changes to ur account without consent. Please remember certain people even do not understand these aspects and confront operators if they perform switch on their own

after there r no change in pack price. STB 001 is Charging rs. 360/- and STB-002 is charging Rs. 181/-
plz suggest how to reduce pack price
