some channels like ABP News (309) and Pitaara (561) not playing on DVR. Software not updating. Rest DVR channels are working absolutely fine. Cust Care confirmed subject channels included in the pack. Error code is B001. System LNB, wires are fine no obstacles between dish and the satellite. Recording is fine. Pl help. Airtel Cust Care and back office chaps are goonks. Can DVR software be updated by internet? Help.... SOS
