Airtel Told Travel XP (Tamil) & SVBC2 (Tamil) are not avilable in Tamil language.

Today i mail to Airtel and ask the following channels.
1. K tv HD (Sun group)
2. Travel XP Tamil
3. SVBC2 (Tamil)
4. MNX & HD ( Tamil audio frequency)

But they reply me the following mail..

We would like to inform you that Travel XP and SVBC2 are not avilable in Tamil language.
We would also like to inform you that we provide HD channels to the HD users as per our records your set top box is normal set top up box.
