We would like to inform you that as per our telephonic conversation dated: 05/02/2016, please note that Star Sports 2 has been included in Value Prime with effect from 02/02/2016, however it is applicable for new acquisitions only. As per our records your package Value Prime 12 Months Advance Rental Package was activated on 12/01/2016, hence your account is not eligible for the same.
