if they move 2 DD to active window and moving some channels to another TP which contains some spaces ,they can add 1 HD and 3 SD.

Its still there but on broadcaster end its closed.

Really don't know. Its a mystery why Airtel not remove NVD Sananda TV. The Channel already shut sown from broadcaster's end.
