Any Diwali offer for d2h stream box upgrade? I'm using Videocon d2h 6666 RF STB.

What will be the box upgrade plus installation charges for d2h stream box?

I have ordered d2h stream box today afternoon (2nd Nov). They asked me to top up balance of ₹2500 in my RF HD stb, plus technician visit charges. They said that's the upgrade procedure for box replacement.

But now they are asking to pay again ₹2500 for stream box, earlier top up recharge balance of 2.5k will be transferred to new stream box account.

Why it is so? So the total price is ₹5000 right for box upgrade ? While new connection costs only 4k..
