Seeking Help App Update Failed

Hi,I have Internet TV STB with me ,since it hanged a lot ,i factory resetted the STB .To my surprise it went back to old app version 2185 ,when i tried to manually update via system diagnostic section it shows no new update Available. please some one guide me in getting the update done

Why you have done factory reset ? As there was no hanging problem after the new firmware update

I had installed some apps after that box got hanged and changing lcn too was taking much time..so i factory resetted the box..now it went to old version ,now when i try manual update it says no new update available

Wait for few days it will automatically get updated
Which app you installed from playstore or you sideloaded apps

Is there any for getting the update ,i posted in twitter but these Airtel presence team have no clue about what i am talking really pathetic

If your stb hangs then try do clear data and cache from storage and not do factory reset as there is no benefits
