MUMBAI: After airing the first season
on Colors, the advertiser-funded
programme Asian Paints’ ‘Har Ghar
Kuch Kehta Hai’ has moved to Sony
Entertainment Television (SET) in its
second season.
The show will premiere on 7
September, airing at 7:30 pm every
Sunday. It will continue to showcase
never-seen-before journeys of
celebrities with actor Vinay Pathak as
host.
‘Har Ghar Kuch Kehta Hai’ will open
up the 7 pm band on Sundays for
SET, which until now was seeing re-
runs of ‘CID’ or movie premieres.
SET senior VP and head marketing
Gaurav Seth said, “’Har Ghar Kuch
Kehta Hai’ intends to inspire people
by presenting stories of celebrities
who have come from modest
backgrounds and reached starry
heights. The show is a mix of
nostalgia and heart-warming stories
where celebrities relive their
childhood days with Vinay Pathak.
We are confident the viewers will
enjoy watching these very interesting
stories.”
The first episode will showcase boxer
Mary Kom in her journey as she
takes viewers through her house.
Produced by BBC Worldwide India,
the series will take celebrities from
various walks of life, back to their
childhood home to relive their
moments.
Based on the format ‘The House That
Made Me’, the seven-part series will
take celebs like Olympic Bronze
medallist Mary Kom, Bollywood
villain Prem Chopra, singer Kailash
Kher, choreographer Terence Lewis
and cricketer Virender Sehwag back
to their roots where they come face
to face with their past as they revisit
the people and places that helped
make them who they are today.
