Audio Change mode on *key

Hi all,
How do i permanently disable the * key audio mode change. Many times it is been accidentally pressed by my parents and they do not know much about how to operate the remote other than changing the channels. Since the sound quality is worst in some audio modes. There is always a complaint from them regarding the poor audio quality.

Ya bro I am saying about * key. Update hone ke pahle use hoti thi. Before update it was worked
