Audio Feed not available in Some Channels of GTPL

Attention: In Dual audio feed channels like History TV 17,National Geographic etc only has Hindi Feed,but this channels are also available in English & some other languages.In GTPL only Hindi feed is available.

From Tomorrow Zee Khana Khazana will be Living Foodz,it will also be available in English & Hindi,Hope GTPL adds the dual feed.

Radio Channels are not available

Online Package Activation,Payment is also not available.

In Cisco STB the EPG is also displayed half.
Settop box software user interface is also very bad.We cannot see our account details in it.

All other Companies like Incable,Den,Hathway etc Provides this all above facilities.

The Customer Care only telling that updation is going on soon all the stb's software's will be updated & all the services will be updated soon..

They are telling this since 6 months but still updation is not completed.

Hope they do it soon.
