AXN to air 8th season of ‘The Voice’ from 28 Feb

MUMBAI: AXN India is all set to launch the eighth season of the singing reality show ‘The Voice’ from 28 February. Airing in the same week as in the US, the show will showcase at 8 pm every Saturday and Sunday. The season will see Nick Jonas, Meghan Trainor, Ellie Goulding and the legendary Lionel Richie as mentors. Meanwhile, the jury panel will witness the comeback of songster Christina Aguilera along with last year’s celebrity judges Pharrell Williams, Adam Levine and Blake Sheldon. The ‘Hello’ singer Lionel Richie will be seen helping out Team Pharrell Williams while Ellie Goulding will mentor Team Adam Levine. Nick Jonas will mentor Team Christina Aguilera and the ‘All about the Bass’ songster Meghan Trainor will assist Team Blake Shelton.
