Ace director Balu Mahendra will turn actor in his ongoing project which is titled 'Thalaimuraigal'. The acclaimed director besides handling the direction, camera and editing will also act in the film which is scheduled to release by August.
The film will have Sasi Kumar playing the lead role and all the others in the star cast will be relatively new, we hear. The film will be directed by the legendary Balu Mahendra, who is making a comeback after his last venture Adhu Oru Kanaa Kaalam with Dhanush and Priyamani in 2005.
The film is nearing completion and looks like having handled the script himself, Balu Mahendra spends quality time making the film.
