The Free to air channels which r part of base packs can only be consider as free channels.. travelxp sd is a premium channel & not a free channel..even if it's part of base pack u can't refer it as gettin free,it's price is adjusted in base pack prices.. dishtv has this channel in higher pack..in lower pack dishtv provides maximum channels & thr is definitely other channel is thr in place of travel xp sd ..u can take it as a la carte only 10/-..travel XP HD is a part of New world HD as well as Royal HD..& also available from lowest Main Add on Game HD & also available in 75/- add on..
