my all lovely member im live in dubai im use D2H HD box in dubai
but im face E16-4 messege on my box i have PLATINUM HD pack and im continue call to customercare center but my problm is same plz expert member how i solv this problm or any trip ???

well bhai you need to refresh your pack you have to get it done from India with a registered mobile number

Go to your online account and see if your VC number is matching the data on your account. If it is not matching, this may happen. Chances are rare but had happened in my case once.
