Venkat Prabhu directed Studio Green produced Biriyani starring Karthi and Hansika is getting ready.
Studio Green has officially announced September 6 release of Biriyani for the Vinayaka Chathurthi festival weekend.
Biriyani is also touted as music director Yuvan Shankar Raja’s 100th album. Karthi has also sung a song for the film. The buzz is that AR Rahman will be releasing the audio CD of Biryan, sometime after Aadi Masam most likely on August 17. Sony Music has snapped the audio rights.
Biriyani is said to be a thriller comedy entertainer made using Venkat Prabhu recipes. It has Karthi, Hansika, Premgi, Mandy Thakkar, Sam Anderson and a host of Kollywood stars making special appearances.
