Black screen are showing on national geographic channel on gtpl kcbpl network for last 2 days ... What is the matter please anyone can suggest me...

Some technical fault in Nat Geographics SD. SO it will be resolved soon...
But HD version is perfectly OK.

only in your tv or know some other who is facing same problem??
If only in your tv, contact customer care or LCO and if problem remains,follow what @Manu bro told.
