Good News Bought Tata Play Binge box

So for my Bangalore house I finally bought Tata Play binge box. I really wanted the Airtel xstream box, but whenever I looked to book the connection online they would call back in Kannada, I would say English or Hindi, and then they cut the call. Very unprofessional. This would happen for many days and then I got fed up of them.

Tata Play on the other hand, I booked connection online today and within an hour the CC called back scheduling the install for evening today.

But quality of the channel when old match highlights are played isn’t good, maybe because it wasn’t native 4K or maybe it could be the tv here.

Overall meh so far let’s see how it goes once the ipl actually starts

I also experienced same in airtel my neighbour had issue in recharge, when i call to CC they speaking kannada I'm trying explain to speak in English or my mother tongue Tamil later they disconnected the call , very worst experience from Airtel

Airtel xstream 4 box is twice as faster as TP binge box.

Yes now noticing it. Way slower than even the Airtel xstream I have in Kerala

Congratulations brother, this box is a bit slower than Airtel Xstream, but if you have an Android TV and you use it only for live TV then you won't face any problem, you will just see a weird Tata Play 4K logo next to the Star 4K logo, that's the worst you'll see

the technician did not configure my universal remote nor did he give any demo regarding the functionalities. I had to search everything online.
