Breaking news- videocon d2h complaint via sms

Hi friends,

Recently videocon d2h has taken out new feature to complain thru sms. this is nice way as not everyone has time to open laptop nd mail. we can msg them by typing COMP <Customer ID> <Complaint description> and send it to 566777.
They will then send an automated msg and in 24 hours someone getback to u.
I have tried myself and vouch for it.
