I have seen many 2000 rupees receivers available in the market with lan ports and USB slots and few with WiFi but it doesn't means they can provide broadband internet but they are just used for mainly video on demand service if available from the DTH or cable provider and few receivers have YouTube and video streaming apps installed in with them you can watch YouTube and other streaming videos through receiver connected to internet through built in lan or WiFi connection. But their are many satellite companies like SES etc who provide internet through vsat satellite which are very expensive around 50 times more expensive than normal broadband and internet providers. But satellite internet are mainly used by army and other big companies in areas where internet cables are still not installed and internet in that area is still not avialable for example desert, mountain and village area's that's why they are left with no option but satellite internet. Just by catching the signal of a vsat satellite if coverage avialable in that area with a satellite dish antenna and by installing a vsat modem which can cost about 20000 rupees for modem to fetch data packets through satellite and data packages of vsat satellite Internet providers start from with internet speed of 1 Mbps with 10 gb data for 5000 to 10000 rupees per month
