Can anyone identify this satellite and channel which I am receiving on the side LNB B ie satellite is higher than Yahsat but is not Yahsat ?

It is some singing stage show in either Assamese or Bengali :

I googled and found out this is Zubeen Garg a famous Assamese singer who also sang the famous Hindi song "Yaa Ali".

I also came to know that recently he left his stage performance at Bihu festival while singing a Hindi song when the organisers and ULFA objected to his singing of Hindi songs.

It may be a Feed for / from an Assamese Channel. Zubin is a famous Assamese Singer who also sings Hindi, Bengali songs.

But this feed is a OB Van broadcast (Look at the Symbol Rate, it's 4 a digit, NOT 5 digits) from Stage to Channel Studio during Bohag Bihu (Asseme new year festival) program.

I have seen many 4 digit symbol rates on satellite broadcasts.
