Nopes, TCCL wanted to be available for the entire city, but most LCO's deep into the city seem to want to wait for Arasu and not making any changes and only SCV Analogue continues. A few new MSO's formed by LCO's are available at a few limited areas.

Yes, most LCO's inside the city want to wait for for Arasu and dont want to go DAS without them. So it seems until Arasu get's DAS licence (Expected any moment) only SCV analogue would continue with no pressure to buy STB, those who want STB may get STB from LCO for SCV CAS for the time being.
