Can I get Paksat 1R at 38.0°E in Punjab??

Can I get All the transponder Paksat 1R at 38.0°E in Punjab with 6 feet solid ku/c band dish with pagaria /solid hd receiver.please help me in this matter.

ya you can get all transponders easily as this sat has good signal coverage all over India
