Can I subscribe for a single channel to the base pack?

I am currently in "south all sports" pack. If I want to add "Nickelodeon" channel, is there any possibility to add only this channel or do I need to subscribe for complete "New Toon Disney" a-la-carte.

If it is not possible to add single channel, isn't it against TRAI rules?

I don't think single channel a la carte available in Dish TV So u have to subscribe full a la carte.

Dish tv doesn't have single channels addon. I really hate this thing of dish TV
