Can someone clear this?

I had PlatinumHD plan activated, I recharged on 15th April, now the pack has been automatically changed to HD Premiere and many channels are shown as unsubscribed. But on the site these channels are shown as included in HD Premiere, some of these channels are - Zee cinema, Zee news, Cartoon network, Ten action+,Ten sports etc.

Has anyone else facing this problem? What can I do now? Have already sent them a mail, waiting for a reply. :thinking:

just call to dish tv cc and tell them ur quary and tell them to refresh ur account.
