Seeking Help change email and RTN of my videocon subscription

im using videocon and my customer id is *********
i would like to know if i can add my overseas mobile number ********* as the RTN and change email address to ************(at)hotmail(dot)com
i want to downgrade my base pack to the lowest and create own package. currently unable to access the customer portal beause i dont have the RTN.
