Channel selector on TRAI increased price after optimizing

I use hathway cable. Every month I change channel selection
I used trai website to check prices after selection
I was checking User Selection
For channel prices after a selection.
There is a optimize option which will either keep the price same or decrease after clicking button .
but it increased my earlier selection price
Seems wrong in app
Or if I continue with this will hathway charge increased price?
