Channel video is not coming on stb 1011

I switched off my stb today morning and then I switched on again. I got a blank screen with logo and audio but no video. I tried to switch off and on many times. I also did factory reset but no luck. Please help. :wall Thanks in advance.

P.S.: This has happened earlier but it used to work after 2-3 times switch off-on.

I think there are a few people facing this problem including me. This is a mystery that is yet to be resolved.

I had same problem with my STB HD2222. Yesterday my STB firmware upgraded from download ID 11 to 22. And the problem is resolved.

It may be because of the below upgrade activity.

As mentioned, we may see issue in picture, audio and EPG. It will be done till 2nd week of Jan. Let us wait till 14th of this month and see if all the problems are getting solved.
