Channels & EPG missing

Please help guys

I am using Airtel HD recorder , for the last 2 to 3 days some channel and their EPG missing from my STB ?

" 304 channel number doesn't exist "

Help?

SMS HR to 54325 from your Registered Telephone Number and keep your STB on for about 20 min,it would refresh your STB,you'll get the channel,and if it still doesn't show call on 12150 :tup

You can always call 18001036065 from your registered mobile number. Its a Toll Free Number also

Yesterday call and ask Cc to Hard Refresh the account, but still I am not able to view few channels

What will be the problem LNB or STB fault ? Help
