As per the report, CID is gearing up for a revamp and will return to the TV screens after 6 years of the show going off-air. Reportedly, it will be by October that it will get a revamp. The show had many iconic characters. It had Shivaji Satam as ACP Pradyuman, Dayanand Shetty as Inspector Daya, Aditya Srivastava as Senior Inspector Abhijeet, Narendra Gupta as Dr Salunkhe and many more. Dinesh Phadnis played the role of Fedricks.

According to sources, CID Season 2 is being produced by Banijay Asia Production. They also produced The Kapil Sharma Show, The Temptation Island etc. CID S1 was produced by Fireworks Productions. So probably Sony is going to change the production house. Most Probably this show will be arrived on TV Next month October 2024.

So probably Sony is going to change the production house. Most Probably this show will be arrived on TV Next month October 2024.

CID 2 is going to be on aired in “Sony Entertainment Television” Another thing is that, makers of this show are now changed. The season 1 was produced by BP singh from “Fireworks Productions” but this time it's gonna be produced by “Banijay Asia Company”

Unfortunately, We can't get that season 1 vibe but still we are very happy of it because it's gonna be released soon as it's coming back after a long period of time. All CID characters and stories along with direction were from the creative brain of BP Singh, when you guys saying that BP Singh is not there in second season, I already lost the vibe, then Feddrics is also not with us, idk what exactly the end product will be? Whatever they does they should omit the irritating character of Pankaj (he never deserved it)

Bro you are right we will miss that DCP Chitrole, but he is not gonna cast anymore in CID s2. Well he lost his interest on CID that's why he stopped discussing about CID season 2 and also not wanna take part as a char of it.
